Parent-Teacher Conferences

High schools hold parent-teacher conferences three times a year so that parents can be updated on their child’s academic progress and emotional well being. If parents/ guardians are unable to attend a conference they may arrange a time to speak to their child’s teacher over the phone. Call the school’s main office to schedule a time.

Questions to ask your child’s teacher:

  • What are my child’s strengths?
  • How is my child being challenged?
  • What subjects does my child need to work on?
  • What can I do to help my child do better in school?
  • What resources are available to help my child?
  • Is my child on track to graduate on time?
